What counts as an "invoice" in my monthly limit?

Each email you send to a customer about a specific overdue invoice counts as one invoice. If you send one email to Acme Corp about Invoice #4821, that uses one invoice from your monthly allowance. Multiple emails to the same customer about the same invoice still count as one — as long as you don't change the invoice reference.

What happens when I hit my invoice limit?

On the Free plan, once you've sent 25 emails in a calendar month, you'll need to upgrade to continue chasing more invoices. We send a warning notification when you reach 80% of your limit. On paid plans, any invoices sent beyond your monthly allowance are charged at $0.05 per email — so you'll never hit a hard wall, you just pay for what you use.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, absolutely. Cancel from your account settings at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. If you cancel a paid plan, you'll retain access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months, but we'll never charge you again after cancellation.

Is my company's email domain safe to use with Claimify?

Yes. Claimify uses proper email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so that every email sent through our system appears legitimate to email providers. We manage unsubscribe requests automatically per CAN-SPAM requirements, handle hard and soft bounces, and rate-limit outgoing emails to protect your domain's reputation. We will never send mass BCC campaigns that could harm your deliverability.

Do I need to be technical to set this up?

No. Claimify is designed for finance teams, not engineers. The setup process is: create an account, upload your CSV of overdue invoices, review the AI-generated email drafts, and hit send. If you run into any issues, our support team will walk you through it. Enterprise customers get a dedicated onboarding specialist.

Enterprise pricing is tailored to your needs, but typically includes: unlimited invoice sends, unlimited users, custom ERP/accounting integrations (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, SAP), a dedicated customer success manager, SLA guarantees (99.9% uptime), priority support with 4-hour response time, white-label dashboards for your clients, and on-site or video onboarding sessions.
